If you encounter any issues with our services, including inaccuracies in the report or issues with the delivery, please contact our support team at contact@vehicalcares.com within 7 days from the date you receive the report. Our team will carefully review your request to determine the appropriate resolution.

In the event that the report contains errors or inaccuracies attributable to our process, we will offer a refund or provide a corrected report at no additional cost. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. Please note that refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind, a lack of need for the report, or if the report has been used beyond its intended purpose.
